Careers
When I ask people in the streets do they also create content around their job - I get a lot of varied answers but the most common response is “I’ve thought about it but not sure it’s interesting enough or why would be people watch”.
Everyone can make content, we all have phones and if you even a little curious you should explore it.
There is no better example than “Spudman” (aka SpudArmy) !
If said to you, are interested in watching a man who makes Jacket Potatoes with cheese & beans based in Tamworth - you’d probably say “No”!
So why do people watch a man making Jacket Potatoes with cheese & beans based in Tamworth?
It’s authentic, it’s relatable and it’s reality through social media.
The era of the “SaltBae influencers” are slowly dying - people don’t care anymore because those “Influencers” don’t relate, provide value or care about their audience.
The era of the SpudArmy and more relatable authentic “Creators” that build community is the future of content.
