First, I want to tell you about my last 12 months…
The last 12 months have been some of the best and hardest moments of my life.
So what happened:
Transitioned from Full Time work to Fractional work.
Went from having zero social media following to over 250,000 followers
Had one good steady income stream to multiple less predictable income streams
Started two new businesses that aligned to the future of work as I see it.
Advised 3 startup founders, invested in 4 companies and partnered with 8 companies on brand deals including a long term deal with Indeed.
Interviewed over 1000 people on the streets in 9 countries.
Started a podcast and stopped after 7 episodes.
So I’ve been on this journey the last 12 months where I’ve failed, I’ve learned and I’ve progressed - and the themes are career, content creation, and entrepreneurship.

Why start this newsletter, why now?
There is so much content out there on careers, content creation, and entrepreneurship on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X etc - you have to spend ages scrolling through a lot of stuff (so good, so not so good) to find a nugget of gold!
I will only share the nuggets with you. That I’ve personally found useful.

If you are on TikTok you will surely know Simon Squibb, the millionaire who asks people “What is your dream?”. What’s great about Simon is that he goes beyond just asking the questions and actually helps kick start the business of those who engage with him. Simon was a big influence on me in my early days of creating content and I’ve been fortunate to meet & chat with him a few times. Enjoy this tear jerker…
